Do you need help improving your grade?
1. Practice More :)
Practice Records account for a large part of your grade. Make sure that you are turning your practice records in regularly. It's pretty easy to quickly bring up a grade by staying after school with Mrs. Mihalko to make up missing practice records. Each hour or after school practice with Mrs. Mihalko counts for one missing practice record.
2. Check for missing assignments
We have in class assignments and homework assignments that are due on a weekly basis. Check eSchool to make sure that you are not missing anything.
3. Check for a missing Playing Test or Concert Make-Up
- If a student scores lower than 80% on a playing test, they are encouraged to replay the test to earn a better score. If a student fails to set up a time to replay the test, the playing test category can really bring down an overall grade.
- If a student has an excused absence from a concert, they need to set-up a time to make up their concert points. This involves playing the concert music for Mrs. Mihalko after school.
